The Friesian is one of the oldest horse breeds in Europe. It has a silky, flowing mane and a very nice, long tail. From the cool, northern Friesland comes a horse that is as noble as the fiery Andalusian. In fact, the Friesian is a cross between the Dutch cold-blooded and the purebred Spanish horses. The horse likes to keep its head proud and high.
